A tree view is provided along the left window side of the Change Order Detail record window that displays links to all information relevant to the Change Order record. The tree provides quick access to records attached to the Change Order record and is a visual representation of which workflow step the record is currently on.

The Change Requests link is used to view all change requests addressed by the change order. Change requests can be attached to the change order from this location, or they can be attached from the Change Request window. |

The Attachments link is used to attach any number of external attachments to the Change Order record. Files can be attached to the change order until the change order is closed. |

The Proposed Changes link is used to enter change tasks only if Proposed Change Approval is required; otherwise, the changes are added in the Changes link. From this folder the change owner can also assign documents slated for change, instructions for the changes needed, and identify who within the organization should complete the changes. Once proposed changes are added, they, must be approved in order to be completed. Approved proposed changes transfer automatically to the Changes link in the change order tree. |
